Who We Are
OpportunityRadar is built and operated by MARISEN PAGES, a registered Ugandan business operating under the Lumendigital brand. We are a small team based in Kampala focused on practical digital tools that work on any phone, anywhere in East Africa.
We are not a job board or a recruitment agency. We are a technology platform that surfaces publicly available opportunities from across the internet and makes them searchable and discoverable via WhatsApp.
Technology
The platform runs on a WhatsApp bot powered by WAHA, a Postgres database, AI-assisted search via Groq, and automated daily scrapers. Premium payments are handled securely through Selar. All infrastructure is hosted on Oracle Cloud, with data retained in Uganda.
